Cool Hand Luke's restaurant is born!

2006

Franchises become available, and Scott Van Pelt joins the brand as a franchisee in Santa Maria, CA.

2006–2024

Expanded into new locations from San Luis Obispo to north of Sacramento in California — including Paso Robles, Riverbank, and Yuba City.

2015

Jesse Villicana joins the brand as a franchisee in Yuba City, CA.

2025

New franchise ownership — Scott Van Pelt and Shawn Van Pelt take the reins.
